"Forget being a princess, I'm a queen."
But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Luke 18:16

Hide and Seek
Somehow Sunday night we had a family game of hide 'n seek. I'll admit, Adam and I really got into it. We worked hard on our hiding spots. Dear Abby wanted her turn, too. When we had counted to 30 (from Abby's room) we could see Abby standing in the middle of the laundry room hands on hips with a huge smile on her face. However, Ellie was on the hunt and so I played along. When I asked Ellie if Abby was in the nursery, Abby called from the laundry room, "She's not in there!" I don't think Abby quite understands that the goal of hiding is for others not to find you. :)

Scribbles and Bits
I kid you not, a week ago the only thing Abby could draw was cookies. Then she came into my room to show me this! She now draws her family with the sun, sky, trees, and grass, too. It seems like each day she comes up with something new to create.
(BTW, it's a cat)
Not ready
The other night we told the girls that it was bedtime. They ran into the kitchen to their respective corners apparently in protest.
Cute video of Ellie while daddy was putting Abby down.
