No November

November has been the busiest month ever.  I have been working almost full time with the ROCK, Adam and I went to Mexico, and now we are off to PA for Thanksgiving.  We do have some photographs to share, and I promise to do so when we return from Thanksgiving.  I haven't forgotten about my little blog, so don't you worry!

Halloween

It was a perfect Halloween!  Abby got to trick-or-treat in her neighborhood, play with a puppy, get a free cookie at Paradise bakery, do more trick-or-treating at Nina and Papa's, and eat dinner at Puccini's Pizza.

Fall Saturday

Nothing says fall more like raking leaves!  Abby helped out my parents rake their yard, and had a blast doing it.  She then enjoyed an evening at home cozy with a fire, hot bowl of chili, and pumpkin carving.  It was a lovely day.

Haunted House at the Children's Museum

Believe it or not, Abby went to her first haunted house!  "Skeletown" had kid friendly hours where they allowed young children to visit with the lights on.  Abby was very brave as she passed through each frightening room demanding to holding the hands of Nina and myself. 

After we went through the haunted house we toured the rest of the museum with Nina.  Abby really enjoyed walking down the catwalk and twirling for all to enjoy.

 I wasn't allowed to take pictures in the house.  This was the "photo station."

Trick-or-Treating at the Nursing Home

Once again Abby kicked off her trick-or-treating by visiting the local nursing home.  This year she actually got to trick-or-treat as opposed to last year riding around in the stroller.  I was amazed that she completely understood how this whole trick-or-treat business works.  Abby loved putting candy in her pumpkin!!  So much so, she would knock on doors (even if they weren't participating) and she would reach into bowls and snag a few extra pieces. 

More importantly, the residents loved Abby.  The "baby cow" was the talk of the community.

For some odd reason, the lighting at the nursing home did not agree with my camera, so the picture quality is lacking.  You get the idea though...
