The other night while driving home, there was a gorgeous rainbow painted across the sky. I pointed it out to Abby and asked her who made the rainbow? Her response, "Mickey." Now I have taught Abby about Noah and the rainbow, but there is a favorite episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse that teaches about the colors of the rainbow, with a catchy song and everything!
Needless to say we have been trying to inform her that it was in fact GOD who made the rainbow and not Mickey. Tonight after dinner Adam asked Abby again who made the rainbow. Her answer was God. Great!
And who did God make the rainbow for? "Minnie and Daisy." :)
But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Luke 18:16

Apples, Apples, Apples
Abby spent the afternoon with my mom at an event Apples, Apples, Apples. She got to read stories, sing songs, play games, and make crafts involving apples. They even got to go on a hayride. Abby had a great time, and talks about it all the time. At our house we don't have apples, we have apples, apples, apples!
