Sunday School

I absolutely LOVE Abby's Sunday school class, and more importantly so does she!  She spends her hour singing songs (one day I saw them marching around the room, in a line, shaking maracas, singing 'Jesus Love Me'), playing with play dough, listening to a Bible story, and making a craft.  Her sweet teacher loves Abby, and does an amazing job with the children.  I couldn't get photos of all the fun, but I took her picture this morning before class officially started.

Great Aunt Edna's 100th Birthday

It isn't very often one gets to attend a 100th birthday.  I have to add that for one hundred years old, the girl still looks good!

The Day it Rained Hearts

Today Abby and I experienced a first for us both.   We went to a class held at Creative Escape called "Paint a Story."  We listened to a story, "The Day it Rained Hearts" and then Abby got to paint her own piece of pottery!  The closest thing she has held to a paintbrush prior to today would be my eyeshadow brush.  However, she somehow knew exactly what to do!  It was an adorable experience, and I am grateful that I was able to spend quality time with my little girl today.
